Serves 6 in Time: 20 minutes
2 (9 oz. each) pkgs. refrigerated cheese ravioli
1 jar (25-26 oz.) chunky tomato pasta sauce
1 tsp. basil
2 C. shredded mozzarella cheese (8 0z.)
-Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a 3-quart saucepan, cook ravioli according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
-In same saucepan, mix pasta sauce and basil. Cook over meduim heat until heated through, about 5 minutes. Stir in cooked ravioli. Pour into an ungreased 9X13-inch glass baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over top.
-Bake 10 minutes, or until sauce is bubbly and cheese is melted.
*Frozen ravioli also works well. We've mixed in meat ravioli with success, too.
